Returns & Refunds

At Inner Compass Co., every piece is made with intention, and we want it to feel right when it arrives with you. If something isn't as it should be, we're here to make it right.

Our Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, tags attached, original packaging intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Reach out to us at innercompassco@proton.me and we'll guide you from there. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us, items returned without prior approval won't be accepted.

Once your return is confirmed, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Damages & Wrong Items

Please take a moment to inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away so we can make it right. This is always our priority.

What Can't Be Returned

We're unable to accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask, we'd rather have the conversation.

Exchanges

The smoothest path to getting the right piece is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. This keeps things moving quickly on both ends.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If it is, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers sometimes take a little extra time on their end, if 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen it, please reach out.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. The same conditions apply: unworn, unwashed, tags on, original packaging, proof of purchase.
